Going to Tagaytay Highlands used to excite the children. Now, it’s not as fun as it used to be. It can get to be crowded. The picture above was taken using the old-fashioned camera. It’s been 3 years since I last visited the place. Here are Tagyatay Highlands photos taken in 2001.
